Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: written informed consent ASA I and II patients scheduled for elective thyroid surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients refusal ASA III and IV infection at the puncture site allergy to local anaesthetics substernal goiter pregnancy probable cervical lymph node dissection
