Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having specific signs and symptoms of Badhirya (SNHL) as per Ayurvedic and modern parameters will be registered.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having congenital hearing loss. 2. Patients having history of long term intake of ototoxic drugs. 3. Pregnant women. 4. Patients suffering from systemic diseases like uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, Tuberculosis, Hypertension, Meniereâ??s disease, Otosclerosis, Labyrinthitis etc. 5. Patients with tympanic membrane perforation. 6. Genetic SNHL. 7. Psychogenic hearing loss. 8. Degree of hearing loss greater than 80 dB.
