Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with stage 5 Chronic kidney disease and undergoing hemodialysis beginning at least 3 months prior to this study in Kasturba Hospital ,Manipal

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute kidney injury, pregnancy, major surgical procedure within 3 months, patients who will be undergoing renal transplantation within 1 year , malignancy , amputees, patients with implanted pacemakers, metals other than coronary stents

1)Trends of mean hydration status over the study duration 2) Trends in blood pressure (Systolic ,diastolic ,mean) over the study duration Timepoint: every 15 days for a total duration of 6 months

Secondary

1) Number of events of Intradialytic symptoms/patient/6 months 2) Number of times fluids were infused to alleviate symptoms /patient /6 months Timepoint: Every 15 days for a total duration of 6 months
