Interventions

Intervention1: Virechana with Trivrittadi Yoga along with Vasaamrita Guggulu orally: Deepan Pachana with Musta, Dhanyaka and Shunthi Churna 3 grams, twice daily with Luke warm water for 3 days then Sn

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed cases of Diabetes Mellitus Type-II. 2.Mild to severe non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy with macular edema. 3.Visual acuity 6/60 to 6/9.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Visual acuity- less than 6/60. 2.Hypertensive patients with systolic BP >150 and diastolic BP >100 mm Hg. 3.Uncontrolled diabetic patients. 4.Pregnant diabetic patients. 5.Diabetic patients with other cardiovascular problems like CAD, Post MI, post CABG cases.
