Intervention1: topical application of timolol maleate 0.5% on breast ulcer skin.: 1 drop of 0.5% timolol maleate was instilled for every 2â??cm of wound area/day and allowed to dry for 2 minutes.Then

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All breast carcinoma patients above 18 years were included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patient below 18yrs old. 2.patient on Neoadjuvant chemotherapy. 3.patient with uncontrolled Diabetes. 4.Infected ulcer. 5.Patient on immuno-supression therapy.
