Intervention1: Conductive method of agnikarma with Suvarna Shalaka: This group will be termed as Trial group. a) No. of patients : 40 b) Treatment : This group will be treated with Agnikarma procedure

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients clinically diagnosed with Janusandhigat vata (Osteoarthritis of knee Joint)with either or all classical signs and symptoms and confirm by X-Ray of knee joint as knee O.A with moderate symptoms. 2.Chronicity of disease upto 3years 3. Age group of 45-70 years. 4. Both the gender patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with uncontrolled DM i.e. HbA1C above 7.5 2. Other pathological and traumatic disorder of knee joint other than O.A. 3. Pregnant women. 4. Immunocompromised patients

Primary To evaluate & compare the effect of Agnikarma by conductive method and direct method on janusandhigat vata in terms of Pain measured on FRS Scale. To evaluate and compare the effect of Agnikarma by conductive method on janusandhigat vata in terms restriction of movement measured by ROM by Goniometry scale . To evaluate & compare the Agnikarma by conductive method on Janusandhigat vata in terms of local burn marksTimepoint: Assesment on 1st,7th,15th,21stday

Secondary To study temperature required for both type of Agnikarma with Suvarna Shalaka . To study mode of action of conductive method of Agnikarma .
