Inclusion criteria: BMI-19 to 35 kg per cm2, American society of Anesthesiologist grade one,two,three

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Infection at the site of spinal,patient on anti coagulant drugs,spinal deformities and patient refusal

MeasureTime frame
Adequacy of sensory block which is accessed by two segment regressionTimepoint: Adequacy of sensory block which is accessed by two segment regression till one and half hour

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Complete resolution of sensory block, complete resolution of motor block and micturition timeTimepoint: Assessed from the time of spinal anaesthesia till 4 hours
