Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) School going children 2) Either gender 3) Between the age group of 9-15 years 4) Children who are ready to give assent for the study and are willing to participate and follow the regime

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Children with illness like Paediatric Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus, PEM, TB, HIV, Cancer etc any major physical illnesses and disorders 2)Children with genetic disorders like Downâ??s syndrome, congenital malformations etc 3)Children with neurological disorders like epilepsy, autism, meningitis, cerebral palsyetc and psychiatric disorders, ADHD, mooddisorders, anxietyetc 4)Children not fit for yoga or not willing for yoga. 5)Children who do not assent and not willing to participate in the study
