Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Phase 1 Age group between 35 â?? 55 years Non-teaching staff of MAHE Individuals who are willing to participate Phase 2 Individuals identified with risk for metabolic syndrome based on phase 1 data. Individuals who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Phase 1 Individuals with renal disease, cancer, HIV, chronic lung disorders. Pregnant and lactating mothers Phase 2 Individuals who are not identified with the risk of metabolic syndrome based on phase 1 data. Individuals who are identified to have metabolic syndrome based on phase 1 data.
