Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient of Pratyatm laxhan of Janusandhigatavata(Osteoarthritis) will be selected irrespective of their sex, religion and occupation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with sign of local inflammation History of Previous surgery on knee joint Patient with systemic disease like diabetes mellitus and Tuberculosis Patient on any Analgesic and Antipsychotics drugs Patient with addictions like narcotics Pregnancy
