Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Dancers present in North Karnataka. 2. Dancers have undergone a minimum of 1 year of training. 3. Dancers who have an age group ranging from 13-40 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Dancers who did not agree for participation in the study. 2. Dancers who had previous fractures hindering their dancing. 3. Dancers who have undergone any surgeries. 4. Folk dancers are not included
