Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are 20 years and older requiring coronary angiography Patients who are palpable left distal radial artery Patients who agree to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients who are positive in modified Allens test Pregnant women
