Intervention1: pulpotomy for attrited symptomatic teeth: In pulpotomy, the coronal pulp will be removed, Biodentine base will be given and restore it with composite and review will be done for 1month,

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Maxillary and mandibular 1st and 2ndmolar teeth; tooth with Hoopers index of 3 to 5 with opposing occluding teeth present. 2.Patients requiring upto a maximum of 2 teeth to be managed to be included 3.No history of previous restoration or medication intake 4.Teeth with signs and symptoms of a modified Wolters et al proposed classification of pulp status of initial, or mild, or moderate pulpitis 5.SCASS score of 1 or 3 6.With or without absence of contralateral tooth in either quadrant 7.No radiographic evidence of periapical bone changes 8.Pulp chamber /canal showing or not showing evidence of calcifications in radiographs
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient with systemic ailments and allergies 2.Pt who are not willing for treatment or recall visits 3.Teeth not responding to pulp sensibility tests 4.Signs or symptoms of irreversible pulpitis 5.Patients having para functional habits 6.Grossly decayed teeth 7.Tooth mobility 8.Cracked or Fractured teeth
