Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willing participants with the signed informed consent in the age group of 35 – 65 years. Patients undergoing treatment fortype II diabetes mellitus, having glycolated Hb=7 having one non-vital teeth which is indicated for single visit RCT andhaving PAI score of 3 or >3 according to Orstavik criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating mothers. Patients with other systemic conditions that could interfere with healing process.
