Inclusion criteria: patients of severe acute malnutrition

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) pt infective with HIV 2)are known cases of type 1 diabetes mellitus 3)any known systemic illness like chronic kidney disease , chronic liver disease or any known congenital malformation
