Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis ( Mild and Moderate ). Either patients or relatives having smart phone and know how to use smart phone and who can read Hindi, English, Punjabi.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Psychiatric illness.
