Intervention1: external herbal poultice application: Sufficient quantity of Asthishrunkala wet stem are collected and cut into small pieces. One or two kukutanda is used according to joint involvement

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients presenting with the lakshanas of Janu Sandhigata Vata. 2 Patients presenting with the clinical features of Osteoarthritis of knee joint.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with fractures, ligament injury and dislocation of knee joint. 2 Patients presenting with any other systemic disease that may interfere with the course of treatment.
