Health Condition 1: T600- Toxic effect of organophosphate and carbamate insecticides

Interventions

Intervention1: NAC and Magnesium Sulphate: Tablet N-acetyl cysteine 600 mg dissolved in 20ml of water and administered through Ryles tube eight hourly for 3 days and Injection Magnesium sulphate 20%

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of Organophosphorus Poisoning

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. OP poisoning treatment before coming to AIIMS 2. Multiple poisoning 3. Post cardiac arrest, seizure disorders, Diabetes Mellitus, known Coronary Artery Disease, Respiratory, Renal or Hepatic disease 4. Pregnancy or lactation
