Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Willingness of the individual will be taken into consideration. 2.Asymptomatic individuals with forward head posture 3.Age group: 18-30 years. 4.Males and females 4. Angle of less than 50 degrees on KINOVEA (Angle Measurement Software.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with cervical conditions e.g. spondylosis, radiculopathy, cervical rib etc. 2. Individuals with flattened cervical spine or decreased cervical lordosis. 3. Individuals with any neurological / psychological condition.
