Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 and 2 Patients undergoing gynaecologic, orthopedic, urologic and general surgery under spinal anaesthesia patientsin whom 1st puncture is successful

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient not willing to give informed consent Patient with spinal deformities Chronic back pain Multiple pricks Blood stained CS
