Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All patient with dysmenorrhea. 2.Patient with age group of 18-35 years. 3.All patient with regular menstrual cycle. 4.All patient including pelvic pathology like adenomyosis, uterine fibroid, IUCD in utero, pelvic congestion, endometrial polyps, cervical stenosis, chronic pelvic infection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient with known case of systematic disorders like DM, HTN, ASTHMA. 2.Patient having congenital anomalies. 3.Patient taking any hormonal therapy.

Primary

To assess efficacy of kasisadi churna in udavartini yonivyapad.Timepoint: Patients followup every month for 3 months

MeasureTime frame
To Study of complete literature available in ayurvedic texts on udavartini yonivyapad. 2. To Comment on the mode of action of drug in Udavartini yonivyapad. 3. To Study of detailed literature on kasisadi churna and its contents in management of udavartini yonivyapad. 4. To Propose the cost effective management of Udavartini yonivyapad with kasisadi churna. Timepoint: Patients followup every month for 3 months
