Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients suffering from signs and symptoms of Sandhigatavata like Sandhishotha, Sandhishoola, Atopa. Baseline score of at least 40 mm on visual analogue scale. Patients with radiological findings of Knee joint Osteoarthritis (Kellgreen-Lawrence Grade). Patients fit for Matrabasti, Shasthika Shali Pinda swedana

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Amavata Vatarakta Osteoarthritis secondary to other conditions like trauma, fractures. Patients who are having Diabetes, Hypertension, having Heart related diseases who are on regular medication for disease other than Osteoarthritis Pregnant woman and lactating mother.
