Inclusion criteria: Newly suspected celiac disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with celiac disease having chromosomal aneuploidies or microdeletions like Down syndrome, Turner syndrome and William syndrome. 2.Patients with chronic inflammatory bowel disease.

Serun zonulin levels in different histopathological grades as per modified marsh criteTimepoint: As soon as tTG is positive,at the time of first contact with the patient,the result is assessed.

1.Zonulins levels with anti tTG IgA levels 2.Zonulins levels with haptoglobin gene polymorphisms.Timepoint: As soon as tTG is positive at the time of first contact with the patient,the result is assessed, as soon as assessed.
