Intervention1: Priming with cisatracurium: Patients primed with 0.01mg/kg of cisatracurium followed by 0.14mg/kg of cisatracurium after 3 minutes of priming interval

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 59 years. Males and females. American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA)status 1 and 2. Undergoing surgery under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal. Pregnancy. Significant hepatic, renal and metabolic disorers and neuromuscular diseases. Known allergy to cisatracurium. Those with anticipated difficult intubation.
