Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Age between 15-60 years • Patients willing and able to practice Yoga for 40 minutes, at least 3 days per week • LVEF >= 35%, NYHA I, NYHA II structurally normal or abnormal heart • VPC BURDEN >= 10% (24 hours Holter monitoring) • Absence of active Ischemia • Stable medical regimen for at least 2 weeks prior to starting session and during session

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients indicated for Automatic implantable Cardioverter-defibrillator • Patients indicated for Cardiac resynchronization therapy • Pregnancy • Already practicing yoga • Revascularization in last 3 months • Myocardial infarction or Angina in last 8 weeks prior to enrolment • Absence of Sinus rhythm • Willing to undergo ablation or likely to undergo ablation in next 1 months
