Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male or female 18 or above 2.Confirmed COPD diagnosis as per GOLD criteria at KEM hospital i.e. on spirometry FEV1/FVC (following which it is graded based on spirometry after administration of SABA)as follows GRADE 1 â??FEV1 >=80% predicted GRADE 2 -50% GRADE 3- 30% GRADE 4- FEV1 3.Patients carrying treatment records containing COPD medication for at least 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.COPD patients admitted in chest medicine In Patient Department and or emergency department. 2.Critical patients requiring urgent medical attention.
