Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age > 18 yrs and < 50 yrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Age 50 years. b. Patients with laryngeal tumor or mass. c. Smokers or tobacco use. d. People with asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. e. Previous treatment with proton pump inhibitors, antacids or H2 inhibitors. f. Previous radiotherapy or head and neck surgeries. g. Patient undergoing psychiatric treatment. h. Known case of HTN and DM.
