Interventions

Intervention1: Group 1 : High Velocity Low Amplitude Thrust (HVLA) Group : HVLA will be given to the patient on the first day and the subsequent one to be given or not will be decided by the clinician

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with pain in the neck for at least 15 days. Restricted cervical range of motion without complicating pathology. Grade 1 & 3 according to Task Force on neck pain and its associated disorders. Non-discogenic pain, stiffness, muscle tension, headache and migraine and without referred pain to the upper limb. Neck disability index score of less than 20%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Specific neck pain (myelopathy with weakness, numbness, sensory loss, cervical disc prolapse, cervical spine stenosis) Previous neck and upper limb surgery History of cervical trauma like whiplash or fracture Frequent migraine Cervicogenic headache/dizziness/vertigo Carcinoma
