Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group: 18 to 60 years. BMI 23 and above Fit for udvartana

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Skin allergies Abhyanga purva udvartana H/O any systemic illness Pregnant women Disease with severe pain, degenerative arthritis Presence of any wounds, cuts, ooze and burns on skin surface.

Study going to yield cost effective udvartana churnas. If yava churna proved to be more efficacious in terms of fat absorption then it can be widely used for the udvartana procedure which can minimize utilisation of precious medicine like triphala churna(minimal wastage of medicine)Timepoint: 0th, 1st, 4th, 7th Day
