Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects fulfilling the diagnostic criteria fresh & diagnosed previously (DSM 5). The age group of 20-70 yrs Either Sex.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Axis II disorder like personality disorders Patients with other Axis I disorder like schizophrenia, psychosis, Anxiety disorders Evidence of active suicidal ideation Depression with Psychotic symptoms Pregnant or lactating women

Whole System Research approach(WSR) if proved effective will validate the Chikitsasootra and chiktsa of Ayurveda Whole System Approach will have greater implication on Ayurveda practitioners. Timepoint: 60 days
