Intervention1: Mobile phone instruction video on sputum expectoration: Participants in the intervention group will be made to watch an instruction video on mobile phone to submit a good sputum sample

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients aged 18 years or more with cough >2 weeks, fever, night sweats or unexplained weight loss

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severely ill, visually impaired (finger counting), cases which have already brought their sputum for examination / cases of transported sputum
