Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with few of following symptoms will be included 1. Dysuria 2. Urgency of micturition 3. Increased/Decreased frequency 4. Lower abdominal pain 5. Burning micturition Presence of pus cells in urine

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Signs of complicated UTI(e.g. Fever with rigor) 2. Conditions that may lead to complicated infections (i.e. renal diseases, patients with urinary catheter 3. Hematuria 4. Albuminuria 5. Stricture urethra 6. History of pyelonephritis
