Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) History of two or more ankle sprains. 2) Score <= 27 on the Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT) in the ankle with CAI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Any recent lower extremity fracture or surgery. -Those with other lower extremity injury within the last 6 months.
