Intervention1: Sangu paashaana thailam Thokkanam (External): Thokkanam is given over the affected area using Sangu paashaana thailam for 30-60 minutes with an interval of 5 minutes in every 10 minutes

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ischemic stroke, Hemorrhagic stroke, NIH stroke scale moderate score:15-20.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Infective-Encephalitis, meningitis, brain abscess, spinal epidural abscess, Neoplastic- Glioma, meningioma, brain tumors, spinal cord tumors, Any motor neuron disease and peripheral neuron disease with sensory involvement, Degenerative; Amyotrophic Lateral sclerosis (ALS), Corticobasal degeneration. Atrioventricular Malformation(AVM) Aneurysm-a bulge or weakening of an arterial wall.
