Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having any one of the symptoms of lower back pain radiates to the lower extremities anteriorly, tenderness, numbness. Limitation of lower back movements. Patients who is willing to undergo necessary investigations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Traumatic condition, Ankylosing spondylitis Spondylolisthesis, Neoplasm, Congenital anomalies, Potâ??s spine, Surgery in the affected joint or joint replacement, Pregnant women and lactating mother, Patients with any other serious systemic illness.

MeasureTime frame
Reduction of pain, stiffness, other clinical symptoms and Improvement in range of movements is assessed by using VAS, Range of motion evaluation chart, the Roland-Morris low back pain and disability questionnaire.Timepoint: 29 days
