Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 6 months to 1 year after unilateral and bilateral total knee arthroplasty due to osteoarthritis . patients should have age above 55years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe cardiovascular/pulmonary disease severe dementia communication difficulties rheumatoid arthritis neurological problem revision total knee arthroplasty
