Intervention1: endotracheal tube insertion of appropriate size under C-MAC videolaryngoscope: USING C-MAC VIDEOLARYNGOSCOPE ,ENDO TRACHEAL TUBE WILL BE PUT AND BEST GLOTTIC VIEW OBTAINED WILL BE TAKEN

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adults of age group 18-65 years ,american society of Anaesthesiologist 1 and 2 , elective surgery under general anaesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ANTICIPATED DIFFICULT AIRWAY BMI > 30 KG/M2 RECENT HISTORY OF UPPER RESPIRATORY TRACT INFECTION PREGNANT FEMALES HISTORY OF CERVICAL SPINE DISEASE,SYSTEMIC AND METABOLIC DISORDER
