Intervention1: Ultrasound guided femoral nerve block: 30 mL of 0.3% Ropivacaine will be injected around the femoral nerve under ultrasound guidance

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with acute isolated diaphyseal and distal femur fractures presenting to the Emergency Department
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - With contraindications/hypersensitivity to Ropivacaine/Morphine - Neurovascular compromise of the injured lower limb - In whom visual analog scale cannot be assessed - With other injuries
