Intervention1: Group A: Haritkyadi Vidalaka followed by Bilwadi Seka for 7 days with 3 days gap. Total course duration of study is 27 days.
Control Intervention1: Group B: Haritkyadi Vidalaka followed

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients presenting with signs and symptoms of Shushkakshipaka and meibomian Gland Dysfunction 2. Age 20-60 years 3. Visual acuity 6/6 both eyes, with or without glasses.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient having visual acuity 2. Patient having infective anterior segment disorders, lid disorders etc. 3. Patient suffering from specific eye lid disorders like tumor, skin allergies (acne rosacae), ectropion, entropion, lagophthalmos, aqueous deficiency dry eye etc. 4. Systemic diseases like DM, HTN, RA.

| To assess the effect of therapy, objectively all signs and symptoms were given scoring depending upon their severity.
