Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who will be undergoing PCI for chronic stable angina or acute coronary syndrome (ACS) â?? unstable angina (UA)/ non ST-elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI), with atleast one of the following risk factors for CI-AKI. Age > 18 years Diabetes mellitus eGFR Functionally single kidney Previous renal transplantation Haemoglobin Recent decompensated heart failure within one month Left ventricular ejection fraction Systolic blood pressure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Coronary angiogram which will have been done at extramural cardiac catheterisation laboratories and will be coming to study place for PCI will be excluded as uploading of those images into the monitor of study place is not possible. 1) Complex type C lesions 2) Chronic total occlusion 3) Planned double stent strategy for bifurcation lesion 4) Lesions requiring rotational atherectomy 5) Cardiogenic shock 6) STEMI patients who will be undergoing Primary PCI 7) Stent thrombosis and Instent restenosis (ISR) Even If one of the members of above mentioned scientific team will not agree, the subject will be excluded from the study

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Successful completion of PCI without contrast and absence of geographic miss, coronary artery perforation or coronary artery dissection and TIMI III flow in the final check angiogram.Timepoint: Successful completion of PCI without contrast and absence of geographic miss, coronary artery perforation or coronary artery dissection and TIMI III flow in the final check angiogram.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1)Composite of major adverse cardio cerebro vascular events at one month follow up namely death, myocardial infarction (MI), repeat revasculariisation and stroke. 2) Death at one month followup 3) MI at one month followup 4) Repeat revascularisation at one month followup 5) Stroke at one month followup 6) percent change in eGFR at one month followup 7) Need for renal replacement therapy (RRT) at one month followupTimepoint: 1)Composite of major adverse cardio cerebro vascular events at one month follow up namely death, myocardial infarction (MI), repeat revasculariisation and stroke. 2) Death at one month followup 3) MI at one month followup 4) Repeat revascularisation at one month followup 5) Stroke at one month followup 6) percent change in eGFR at one month followup 7) Need for renal replacement therapy (RRT) at one month followup
