Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed written consent by patient for participation in study 2. Age : 18-50 yr 3. Sex : either gender 4. Surgery: patient undergoing middle ear surgery 5. ASA Grade I / II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient refusal history of drug allergy to any such drug patient suffering from any major surgical medical illness like uncontrolled diabetes,uncontrolled hypertension. patient suffering from pyschotic disorder
