Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with melasma 18 - 50 years and those who are willing for treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant females and females on OC pills. Patients with history of hypertrophic scars and keloids. Patients with recurrent Herpes simplex infection or with persistent cutaneous lesions. Patients with blood disorders Patients using systemic chemotherapy, anticoagulation therapy and antiplatelet agents. Patients with unrealistic expectations Patients on drugs causing melasma and who cant discontinue it. Patients with active acne Patients with localised active viral or bacterial infection
