Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American society of Anesthesiologists physical status of I or II will be enrolled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of alcohol or drug abuse, psychiatric disease ,chronic nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs use, chronic pain, or use of preoperatively opioids will be excluded. CIPN grade 2 (CTCAE grading) or above after paclitaxel chemotherapy will be excluded .Patients in whom routine analgesics can not be used namely PCM, diclofenac and tramadol

MeasureTime frame
This study aims is to evaluate correlation between preoperative PEC testing and postoperative pain intensity noted as the worst pain scores at movement in the first 24 hours.Timepoint: PREOPERATIVE AND 24 HOURS AFTER SURGERY

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Average pain at rest and movement in 24 hours will be compared with preoperative PEC 24 hours post-operative analgesic requirement will be compared with PEC for any association.Timepoint: 24 HOURS AFTER SURGERY
