Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with any of the following symptoms will be included in the study 1. Dyspnoea 2. Lethargy 3. Decreased appetite 4. Fever 5. Sore throat 6. Nasal congestion Expiratory sounds like stridor,turbulence,consolidation,rhonchi,rales are included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Disease which required immediate medical attention such as 1. Pneumonia 2. Jaundice 3. Congenital Heart Disease 4. Acute severe Asthma will be excluded from the study
