Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women undergoing hysterectomy for fibroids and where fibroids (at least one) can be evaluated by transvaginal ultrasound

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with fibroids where fibroids cannot be evaluated by transvaginal ultrasound (enlarged uterus palpable as abdominal mass with fibroids at higher level)
