Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Full term(37-42weeks) Paturients of ASA grade I and II Nulliparous labouring parturient Singleton pregnancy and vertex presentation Cervical dilatation of 3-5 cm in spontaneous labour.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Parturient with PIH Diabetic patient Preterm labour Breech presentation H/O previous cesarean delivery Bad obsteric history Bleeding dyscrasia Spinal deformity Patient on anticoagulant Hypotensive patient Morbid obese Elderly patient >35yrs Patient having allergy to local anaesthetic and opioids and refuse consent agreement.
