Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses, Smart phone users, Medically fit to exercise.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women, Post-menopausal women, Recent orthopedic injuries with potential to limit exercise, Other co-morbidities with potential to limit exercise participation.
