Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Classical signs and symptoms as per Samhita as like Prabhootavila Mutrata Mutra Madhurya etc and Diabetes Mellitus type 2 according to modern medicine FBS more than 126 mg per dl And PP2BS more than 200 mg per dl Newly selected DM patients and those who have not yet started Anti Diabetic Drugs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: IDDM Emergency cases Patients having any systemic disease and complications Gestational Diabetes Diabetic Neuropathy Nephropathy and Retinopathy Carcinoma etc FBS more than 300 mg per dl and PP2BS more than 400 mg per dl
