Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Preterm infants who are less than 37 weeks and low birth weight of less than 2500g 2.New born who did not present with congenital abnormalities 3.APGAR score less than 5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infants who are medically unstable 2. Severe asphyxia 3. Sepsis 4. Intra Ventricular hemorrhage

MeasureTime frame
The NICU Network Neuro behavioral Scale (NNNS) Timepoint: 1.First follow at preterm age i.e. is 28-37 weeks. 2.Second follow up will be at term age i.e. is 2-4 weeks. 3.Third follow up will be on post term age i.e. 5-7 weeks. 4.Last follow up until the age of 6 months(24 weeks)
