Inclusion criteria: Unilateral cleft lip and palate. Patients who had undergone secondary alveolar bone grafting.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any patient with any associated syndromes. bilateral cleft lip and palate. patients with incomplete clefts.
